Hi,

My Husband and I are building a new home at Waterford County Estate Chisholm NSW, in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Still a sitting duck Noelle. Hubby has been calling for the past 2 weeks but no one will talk to him or return his calls. They are always about to go into a meeting
Hopefully not too much longer. How are you going?
Hi DreamHome2point0

That IS a great visualizer... thanks for posting the link!

My build is delayed by the settlement date taking longer... plenty of time to play with that visualizer... it will help my husband so much, because he can never 'see' what I'm describing!

Thanks and good luck with it all...

You`re welcome Jayajaya

The visualiser came in very handy for me. It`s good to play around with different ideas in your head and see what they will look like. I changed my mind so many times with the tiling and kitchen colour scheme lol. Happy with what I`ve chosen now, can`t wait to see it all come together

Good luck with your build!
Any updates on your end dreamhome2point0

Hi Noelle,
Hubby called them yesterday afternoon, but again no one would take our call. Still waiting...
When is your block due to be cut?
Did you have a good birthday/Easter?
Whos your CSO? In the end i only spoke and emailed tiffany shes the operations manager. Unfortunately shes on leave till mid April at the moment.
Birthday was lovely we spent the weekend t caves beach hotel.

Oh that would have been lovely. I grew up at pelican, I miss that area.

Who is my customer service officer???good questions. First it was Helen then Frank, Lance, Janette (they all left/quit/), Tiffany, Karen then last I heard Jodi had our job. Now we Ask to speak to Tiffany or Karen but none of them take our calls get back to us.
Hey Dreamhome, any news today? Have you been in touch with council to find out if your plans have been approved? The service your receiving is disgusting, I mean we were all treated like this but you should have been given an update by now (weeks ago actually). Have you contacted your solicitor?

I`m positive that I wrote back to this!
We had an email from coorangbong office on Friday, advising us that our file should be with our site supervisor mid this week and that he would call us to arrange a meeting onsite. It`s only Tuesday so tomorrow might be the day

Everything is happening really quick for you.
Yay!! Great news Dreamhome so happy it's starting for you now.
