Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 43Jul 11, 2016 12:10 pm I gave the agent a call, the one who has the land up for sale, and he said that they conveyor for the development has assured that titles for stage 1 will be ready around Christmas time. They would want to get a move on from here if they want to be done by then Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 44Jul 12, 2016 9:29 am Thanks for following this up Fqunqar, much appreciated. however this year I was selling an other property of mine and got to deal with 4 different agents. I have learned not to trust the agents. I don’t see how a conveyor can guaranty anything. If we speak to our convencer he asked me to get my loan done and ready in march This is simple if the developer says it takes 6months minimum and can take more this mean we should have had work started and ground moving. To be honest, I have my red flags getting raised now. Since people are selling and getting out of the project. Do you know what is in the contract when can we request our refund back. Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 48Jul 28, 2016 12:50 pm Hi Fqunqar, I have visited the site from the back as well and checked the site through out. only thing i can see are the pipes and they have been sitting there for the last month or so. I am not sure but it look to be from the road works from the Greenvale gardens estate. we can say works have started if there is some movement on the ground like they have at umbra. There might be things happening but there is nothing to show for except for the house that got demolished last year Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 49Jul 28, 2016 3:12 pm Hi. Good to see the Blossom Drive road is completed leading up to the entrance of the estate. I did see the pipes sitting there, are you sure they have been there for the last month? I also saw large piles of dirt which makes me think some digging must have started. Anyone spoken with the Developer or the Sales Agent lately? Spitfire - From your previous post, are you considering requesting your deposit back? Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 50Aug 01, 2016 9:51 am Hi, yep i am sure the pipes have been there for some time but the amount have increased. I am not sure if these are from HV developer or the guys who are developing the Blossom Drive. Please note The road is not being developed by HV Developer. I can confirm this week i did see dirt but can't confirm if digging has started for the roads or piles this could just be soil testing. Don't get me wrong guys i am not being -ve. I am sure the place is going to come out looking good but the time frame that was given (Dec2015) and being given (Dec2016) looks not to be right. When the actual development start you will see lots of vehicle like trucks, soil movers etc currently there is nothing there as yet. BlackByrd: We are stuck in the contract not just with the land but also with the builder so i can not request a deposit back. Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 51Aug 06, 2016 2:16 pm Hi Everyone, We have also bought in HV. Would like the things to move along a bit quicker unfortunately they are not. Spoke to Rex, expected date is Oct, highly unlikely since not much has been done as yet. It has come to my attention that road at the back has not been developed by HV. please share any information or current updates Re: Greenvale Heritage Views 59Aug 16, 2016 3:42 pm Hi Guys, Just came from the site today. Development news on the site is OLD. The dirt and pipes have been there for over 4 weeks or more. There is no change. I think we need to call the agent and find out what is happening. I met an other family there who have the land and they told us HV agent is willing to give the deposit back and cancel the contract because they now want to sell same block for more. I think this is very unfair and this is why they have been playing at delaying tactics. |
