Honestly I don't know, we have been given 3 dates & they have all fallen through. The 3rd date is Tuesday next week, we had a few minor things outstanding that need to be fixed from our final inspection & our flow system is supposed to be connected Tuesday. I am on holidays ready to move into our house on my site supervisors advice & I will absolutely loose it if we don't. My Homeone Thread - Re: Oracle Advantage Plus - PCI! 859Aug 03, 2016 10:13 am DreamHome2point0 How did the inspection go? Any word of an actual move in date yet? We had an absolute shocker yesterday. The inspection went fine it was all minor things & we are happy to pay. I can't get an answer out of the water company as to why they didn't connect us yesterday & now they are saying tomorrow. Also my bank needs the Occupancy certificate to pay which should be completed today. Re: Oracle Advantage Plus - PCI! 860Aug 03, 2016 10:23 am Good to hear the inspection was ok. What a stuff around with the water system! Oracle should of had that sorted for you sooner! They didn't research our estate either. We are on a fiber system for telecommunications called opticom and it needs to be installed a particular way. Lucky my hubby knows all about it and spoke to the sparky directly and it's all getting sorted. Had we called opticom to come out and connect us they wouldn't of been able to do the installation and they still charge $660.00 just to come and do nothing. I hope we don't have any dramas with it. Surely you'll be moving in to your new place this week! My Homeone Thread - 1000000% definitely add insulation. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it 2 6263 We are building a house that was planned to be clad in Hardie Linea, our builder has now requested to swap this for BGC Nuline Plus.
