My list is long like yours. I haven't even started building yet and already feel daunted by all of the post build stuff; Driveway/Paths, fit out WIR/butlers, gas log fire, letterbox, down lights/security, landscaping, furniture/appliances, seal grout&garage floor, decking/tiles for alfresco(haven't quite decided yet) and that's just a start. I'll be working until I'm 85 to pay for it all! Holding thumbs your handover is smooth and hassle free. I particularly like your colour scheme with the tonal variation from wall to ceiling. We also have square-set plastering and at our colours selection 'we' were convinced to stick with one colour for ceiling and wall.
