Good to know there are people like you making a blog about fairhaven. might do the same if we end up building with them, just to help people that are a bit wary of them having few feedbacks. But we did a lot of research and they do have mostly very good reviews and really good inclusions! We are looking at either queenscliff or glenaire, whichever fits our irregular block and gives us more backyard. question: during your colour selection, are their inclusions really good as they say they are? or did you spend a lot with upgrades? Re: Building Queenscliff 416 with Fairhaven Homes 82Jul 14, 2016 3:26 pm Their inclusions are reasonable and upgrades were reasonably priced. We requested a list of the upgrades in the display, which has the pricing, and then removed what we didn't want/need and worked from there. Eaves are halfway there and then he'll (one chippy) start on the cladding above the alfresco. Renderer coming next week to do above the garage & front pillars. Re: Building Queenscliff 416 with Fairhaven Homes 86Jul 17, 2016 10:06 pm Just wondering what they charged you to do a different paint colour to the theatre room ? The eaves are finished, cladding installed awaiting painting and the rendering has started with the base coat applied. The plasterers got a bit over zealous and plastered over the opening/cut out between the kitchen & butlers pantry and it looks like a shower niche on steroids.
