Well it looks like we might be at long last on our way.
Journey so far.
Saw the land Sept 2015, Offer accepted.
Owner of the land Nov 2015
Re Financed on our own house at the same time.
Build Loan approval March 2015 ( after a lot of hic ups, re Broker!) Note to self, go straight to the bank next time.
Plans drawn up, (haven't seen them as yet) in the post this week.
Prestart booked for 16/3.

We are building the southport too but in pinjarra. We have altered it but absolutely love the design

We're also building the Southport. Modified but still basic design. We're building in Mandurah. Goodluck at Prestart and also with your build. Posting to follow.

We too have changed the design, been a long time getting to this stage.
I'm trying to upload our plans. Umm another challenge

And this now makes 4 Southports. Woohoo.

Its a great design. Im so excited for it to start. Hopefully slab down by end june

My sons patents are too building southport Dawesville way!:)
Hope to hear when process starts next week at Prestart.

Meadow springs is a lovely place. Have lived there most my life. Just sold our house and are living with my inlaws atm. Posting to follow, good luck for pre start.

Its all go on the Block.
Variations paid for, we completed that back in March, added in another toilet for the bathroom, (named semi ensuite) we have added a door from the bedroom next door. Should add in we have made that side of the house wider by another metre. Our thoughts are, when our Son and his mates our there, they will use his bathroom and leave my nice fluffy girlie powder room alone!. Here's hoping anyway.
First progress payment paid today. The block has been levelled, so here we go......
Still trying to upload photos, not having muc luck. Top tips please.
