Will post picture in the coming days. Just had lounge delivered and waiting on a few more deliveries. Hubby will start digging up our yard tonight when he gets home,he has a back log of work with this weather so ours will happen slowly. Still doesn't feel real yet. Maybe when we are all set up it will Our Nolan http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 23p1516376 Re: Our Nolan 1468May 19, 2017 3:04 pm I have a question. If my place had acoustic requirements and the report was provided to M on the requirements who is responsible if something is missed. We had to have acoustics if 6.38mm glass on all front elevation. All windows were highlighted on my plans for this but not the front door and side panels and neither the balcony door. I was told because it already meets this but apparently not and now it's not marked on the plans or noted in the contract regarding front door or balcony door. Feeling annoyed at myself Our Nolan http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 23p1516376 Re: Our Nolan 1469May 19, 2017 3:05 pm I also don't think our corner window meets this. Hey Orph No town planners didn't end up checking it. We got our rebate. But by bringing it up with M they have seen that the account of seals need to be put on and they are having the corner window checked to see if it is 6.38mm glass. Also the front door, just waiting on Hume to get back with the info. The door is warped but M have said cause it's a dark stain it voids warranty. Told them that doesn't fly with me and now waiting on response. Door just touches the seal at the bottom corner but tapers to a gap of just over 1 cm in the top corner Our Nolan http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.p ... 23p1516376 Re: Our Nolan 1472Jun 08, 2017 9:59 am How can staining a door void a manufacturer warranty?? The warranty should be void of our ISN'T sealed...
