Re: Who's building in Capestone, Mango Hill ? 165Oct 12, 2016 12:06 am I need to come up with a sample landscaping plan to submit for approval, but i am absolutely clueless on what plants to include. As per the guidelines, this is what i would need as a bare minimum: 3 plants, each at a minimum of 2m in height; 5 plants, each at a minimum of 1m in height. Any suggestions? 5 plants, each at a minimum of 1m in height. However, my builder said that they would rather do it when the block is already registered as some investigations can only be done on registered land and it seems the developer is not able to provide a compaction report at this time (which my builder said they require). is your builder going to do their soil test next week? Cheers Re: Who's building in Capestone, Mango Hill ? 177Oct 31, 2016 4:27 pm tweaker95b butters7388 tweaker95b Hi everyone, My first time to post here. We are building on Stage 15 Bartley release.
