We are building with new Gen as well We had Dave Headlam but he is no longer with New Gen. We've had really good service from NG and wherever there's been a small hiccup, they've been good about getting it sorted quickly. How are you finding the experience? We escalated issue to management and they were all over it. After that sales manager looked after us. Our CLO is also on summit homes website and star performer and now within our SS he is awesome too. Very helpful and calls me back with half hour of leaving him a message. 2 houses on our left side are now new Gen, 2 behind us also new gen- its like they finish work at our place and then move next door to work there Very impressed with them Re: Building Our New Home - Baldivis, WA 66Aug 12, 2016 7:34 pm Your build looks like its going really well. Tiling in the bathroom and ensuite should be completed by mid to end of next week. Cannot wait until the tiling is complete as that really changes the feel of both spaces considerably! Just waiting on the shower screens to be installed. These pics were sent from our builder so we haven't seen the rooms in person yet, I'm so excited to take a peak! We are a little unsure about the tiling around the lip of the bath? For some reason there is a gap where the Tiling does not line flush with the bath and then on the sections against wall & cabinet, it does? Is this normal?
