Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 02, 2016 7:40 pm Hi everyone. I know of a couple of builders that offer an online portal to track the progress of your home, but a lot of people I have spoken to haven't seen anything along those lines. I am really interested to see how common this sort of thing is, so out of interest could you reply to the poll please. It says things a day early. So it said frame was finished on a Friday but finished on a Monday. And so on. The contract is on there and the ss has taken photos, which is nice. They also gave a tablet to do all this on. But I dunno how to connect the wifi on it Re: Does your builder offer an online portal? 3Mar 03, 2016 8:48 pm Do you mean something like Co-Construct? http://global.co-construct.com/ It's an online record of everything to do with the build. My builder has set up my log-in, and it also has an app for the phone. Recommended to keep all correspondence in one place, so everyone involved has access to the same information. Just starting with it so whilst it seems good, will find out more when build starts (hopefully 4 April). We like the fact that we can see all of our selections and variations and keep track of it all. Looking forward to starting slab in 2 weeks!! Re: Does your builder offer an online portal? 5Mar 03, 2016 10:43 pm Yes mine does too although build hasn't started yet. I keep telling myself any day now but it's probably like any week now. viewtopic.php?t=81011 Build thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81011 Re: Does your builder offer an online portal? 6Mar 04, 2016 7:47 pm kyliebsmith I have a website where I put my ref number in then it logs me in. I don't think our SS puts photos on (or at least I couldn't find the spot they'd be?).
