Loving those tiles, sounds like Coral are causing you a bit of pain. Hope things get moving for you this week Re: Coral Homes - Modified Bronte 802Nov 08, 2017 3:29 pm Any updates?? Leaving on Monday for two weeks...Argh!!!! So handover was supposed to have been on the 11th December, however, we received an email with final payment and handover expected on the 30th November. In a panic went to Nick Scali again ...why??? And went impulse shopping... Here's a pic. Tiles are done, carpets should have been done today BUT laundry tiles not redone yet!!! Roof capping still unfinished... Tiles ( not cleaned yet)...a couple of places have noticeable lippage. I wonder if the SS and State manager will pick them up at PCI next week? You have great taste! Thank you...I'm pretty plain and boring...seems a shame to have to clutter the place with stuff...someone should develop 'hover' furniture. Still haven't received anything from Coral. We are balding a home in a remote village in Cambodia. That's all I've got to say about that! Did PCI on Tuesday but SS omitted the issue about the tiles that we are disputing in the 'Walk Through' documentation. We've emailed the SS, State Manager and National Manager about the tiles that need replacing but no one has come to the party. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4338 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74701 |
