Yeah, I'm a bit confused... No mention of a PCI. Can't get in for photos. Outside hasn't changed, roof ridges and flashing still unfinished. So really a part from painting inside I would expect much to be changed. Laundry tiles still need to be ripped up... Oh boy it seems forever! Yes PCI is your final walk through before handover and usually happens 2 weeks prior to handover. See if they can push it back for you to closer to handover if necessary, may give them more time to correct the issues too. Fingers crossed it works out for you. Hubby is having the day off work to deliver the Cherry picker/lights/fans to them. We had to organise the Cherry Picker because there is no way they can get the chandelier up. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13723 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1693 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74220 |
