Got a call from electrician yesterday afternoon, they are coming today for fit off. Apparently he had a go at the SS. They could have had it done ages ago... Hubby is having the day off work to deliver the Cherry picker/lights/fans to them. We had to organise the Cherry Picker because there is no way they can get the chandelier up. SS took down platform ages ago and could not be bothered organising anything else. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13769 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4335 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74701 |
