Just retaining wall issues -still- C wanted them done before cut (though we have two dif references regarding them in contract & variations )so we drilled holes then C said stop they wanted SS to check our site before we commenced but when we spoke to SS today he had no idea didn't even have our plans yet and said to go ahead so who knows if we are building retaining walls on Friday that we don't actually need you have to laugh as I'm sure they think we all have $ we can use Dealing with donkeys...don't they have to do the site cut before you know whether you need retaining walls and if so how high they need to be? We have in our contract some retaining before cut and some after anyhow there will be a retaining wall before as per contract but yes it isn't instilling confidence Re: Coral Homes - Modified Bronte 713Oct 03, 2017 5:01 pm Any movement last week or this week CL? SS making it hard for shutter people to go on site for measuring. Can't wait to see the back of this build. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13769 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1799 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74700 |
