Just when I thought it couldn't get any slower than our build. Your poor things. I just wanna come and give you a hug. We found the same with tradies disappearing part way through a job. Is Aaron across your job regularly? I'm beginning to think no one at Coral cares anyway. Not even the National Construction Manager seems to care. Maybe the shareholders of the company care. They are my next port of call! I'm hearin' ya MrsJM Current Affairs I reckon... They love a good disgruntles customer story! Who's Aaron? Aaron is the nsw state manager. He took over from Billy who was doing both NSW and QLD for a long time Did Billy go back to doing QLD? That's probably why Qld. builds are going great guns and NSW absolutely sux.[/quote] To be honest he god Sh!t done. Soon as I got him involved during the build stuff started happening. Still wasn't great but he got stuff sorted and even the ss at the time said if we didn't get in before Xmas billy was gonna lose it. Aaron is nice but stuff isn't getting done. For example the cso was sick this week so instead of making sure the things they had to follow up To get a response to me on by Friday was done by someone else, I've just heard nothing. Qld builds go better as there isn't a shortage of tradies, and even Coral employees have told me the supervisors are better and more experienced M Y C U S T O M C O R A L B R O N T E 43 ...............Kitchen! 16 Nov 2016 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79581 Re: Coral Homes - Modified Bronte 668Aug 19, 2017 6:49 pm I think QLD are going down same track most of our tradies were delayed and workmanship is **** Re: Coral Homes - Modified Bronte 669Aug 19, 2017 9:20 pm Ok need a diversion....curtains. I walked and thought...!@#$ that's big!!! The good thing is that there are no joins even all the edges are good. But there is a small chip near the edge of flushmount sink. Hope they can fill it in and buff it up. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13769 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1801 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74701 |
