Can you upload an image of your block contour page. Re: Land contour n geotechnical survey report 4Feb 24, 2016 11:20 pm Looking at ur contour image. The contour lines are nearly similar to my block. My soil was also H1. My additional site cost was $15300. Addtional earthworks $993 Addtional fill $9120 Waffle pod slab due to H1 soil $2813 Addtional mass concrete piering $2332 Cuz of the slop in my land, my house needed a 943mm stepdown. This was an additional $9844 to the base house price. Hope this info helps or gives you a comparison. Re: Land contour n geotechnical survey report 5Feb 24, 2016 11:46 pm H1 classification means your soil is reactive which means extra fill and changes to your slab.... We had the same classification and my builder was not sold on it so we got it retested after pegging out were the house will be and it ended up being a m class site which is better and saves us $15000... Ask your neighbours what soil classification they have Give "Holt Surveying" they are based around Eight Mile Plains 3 8725 A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
