A few other people we have seen have also said the same. My own owner built 2 storey double brick home took 18 months from lodging plans to council to moving in. The bricklaying alone on my house took 4 months. Just the bricklaying on my neighbour's very large 2 storey double brick house took 12 months working 6 days a week.
