Our kitchen appliances were expensive too, $2840 for underbench oven and $3840 for induction cooktop. We received a $1500 credit for the upright oven. Unfortunately we have to change these as we don't have gas in our area yet. would love to just be able to keep the upright cooktop. We chose to have our tile appointment at Beaumont tiles too. Very nice selections White well done Driveway is a bit expensive especially if it was part of promotion. Check to see if that price doesn't include paths around home before you get it deleted. Depends as well if you went with Aggregate it would be costly. Love your beach theme, they all blend so nicely Re: Metricon Merricks 34 Melbourne 95May 09, 2016 7:09 pm Thanks , driveway was just for the cheapest coloured concrete, we have a 7m setback so we need 80m2 and only 35m2 is included. Going to ring around and get some prices tomorrow. Hopefully we'll get a credit for the promotion driveway. Wow 80m2, pays to ring around. @ the time we did ours M were charging $79 a m2. Seems like price is gone up. Re: Metricon Merricks 34 Melbourne 97May 09, 2016 7:17 pm That's like $109 m2 definitely get a quote outside, do you have a fall in your driveway? viewtopic.php?t=79203 Re: Metricon Merricks 34 Melbourne 98May 09, 2016 7:19 pm Yes will definitely be getting prices. Butlers pantry was expensive too, around $6850. Depending on final site costs we may have to delete it, I hope not though.
