Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 14, 2016 6:55 pm I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with this. At PCI our independent inspector highlighted that our walls were bowed above the tolerance allowed of 4mm over 1.8 meters. Our builder has since done this to the walls. We have tried to call them and ask why but have been told someone will contact us with an update 10 business days after the report was received. So we still have to wait another 5 days. Any ideas what they might be doing?? We are just guessing though Hey guys, what’s everyone opinion on James Hardie linea direct fix to frame? Would this be the most common method and anybody ever had any problems down the track? 0 5151 DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair If the railhead is so poorly fixed it is also likely that the railhead is also non compliant, what about overflows and sealing railhead to the gutters?. 3 5970 |
