They would have to put it into your electrical plans. Try and if they try charge you the admin fee don't do it. It's not worth it. You can always get it done after hand over.

Thank you for your kind words, I LOVE the open plan of our home - it is airy and light which is wonderful compared to where we were living during the build.

A few small developments indoors and outdoors...
Roman blinds have been installed in the kids rooms ...
And basic landscaping has been finally done ...
And my favourite fun addition has been installed - a basketball backboard on the facade!!
