Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 09, 2016 10:54 pm Hi all, I am building a new home and am looking to obtain an independent inspector who provides contract review services to have a look at my contract with a volume builder. I was wondering what usually happens on the contract signing day? Are customers generally allowed to bring the contract home and think about it before signing it and then returning the contract to them? I assume contracts are usually signed on the day itself, so how and when does the contract review come into play? Thank you kindly.
