Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 05, 2016 8:46 am Hi all, I am after some advice. We are currently building and have chosen our kitchen which will be white gloss kitchen (2 pack painted) light grey gloss splashback and out floors are semi gloss beige. I initially chose a agento stone gloss laminate and our bench people cant wrap it tighter than 10mm and we have to have end caps ( im not sold on this idea) i am thinking the could do the same bench colour in a matt finish and get the 2mm edging tape so i can have the square finish i really want. My questions are, do you think 1. There is too much gloss and to go with matt bench and square edge for that more modern look 2. Stick with gloss and deal with the end caps on corners Too much gloss? Matt doesnt give off the marble look? Im drowning in ideas Re: Too much gloss? please help! 2Feb 05, 2016 1:00 pm Gloss means lots of cleaning. Maybe cut back on the gloss. Maybe just one or two.
