We a we so close to PCI I noticed that after they removed the protective flooring. Nearly all of the floor grouting isn't flush. With some areas being flush and others having areas where it is 1-1.5mm deep from the top of the tile. I'm not sure if I'm being fussy or not, as we paid a lot extra to have thin grout lines to get a mirrored finish. Does anyone have picture of how their grout is? You will find the grout that is not flush will stay cleaner longer. All tilers are required to make sure grout is recessed just below the tile which they call tooling. I believe this is correct.
