Re: First Homebuyers Building in Vale, Aveley - WA 4Feb 02, 2016 11:51 pm Thanks Gilbert. We haven't signed up any contract yet but we are leaning towards Celebration Homes. They seems reasonable against the other ones we spoke to. So, hopefully we will sign the contract this week. I finished building in November and learnt so much from browsing through others' builds on here. Not sure if the plan you posted is close to final, but have you considered extending the cabinetry in the bathrooms to fill the gaps? It would give you more storage and eliminate those hard to clean voids to each side. You could probably increase the size of the shower in the ensuite as well and include a nib wall that the cabinet butts up against, giving you a shelf in the shower too. Just an idea! I did it myself in the ensuite and am glad I did. Looks great though (love the pantry in particular!) and I've heard good things about Celebrations. Best of luck with your build!
