Browse Forums Building A New House Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 81Jul 01, 2016 10:19 pm It is a little exciting Charli. What is less exciting is reselecting the bench top for the wet areas. The Caesarstone (Urban) that I had selected won't be available for about a fortnight so in the interests of getting us in the house as soon as possible, we're off to the stone mason tomorrow to pick a replacement. Wish me luck! Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 82Jul 02, 2016 7:30 am Oh that's frustrating, but apart of the building game I guess. Let us know what you choose!! Good luck today GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 83Jul 02, 2016 1:49 pm Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 84Jul 02, 2016 2:14 pm Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 85Jul 02, 2016 2:18 pm The bulkheads don't actually look bad. Your house looks like it will fit into the neighbourhood really well. Thanks Robina . We really pleased that it looks like it belongs. Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 89Jul 02, 2016 3:34 pm It may not be what you originally wanted but I think it compliments your house GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 90Jul 02, 2016 4:39 pm Thanks Charli! Given that the door has been on for a couple of weeks and I only just noticed, I agree that it works ☺ Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 91Jul 06, 2016 11:35 pm I love looking at your house is so gorgeous Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 92Jul 08, 2016 1:25 pm Just got word that the benches have started going in and the painter is in the house. Could do a happy dance . I'll get to see it tomorrow. Re: We may have a neighbour | Custom framed home WA 93Jul 09, 2016 5:12 pm Loving my kitchen bench already. I can see some stone stroking in my future ? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Was surprised to see an undermount sink installed though. Very relieved that the bathroom colours work now that they are in. Little scared about the cost of the bench tops though Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Benches are in | Custom framed home WA 94Jul 09, 2016 11:23 pm OMG!!! It looks so good! I'm so envious! I had to cut cost and the Bianco drift had to go. I replaced it with Clamshells and white shimmer! (I'll be stoking the stones too, if I was you!). viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75739&p=1299716#p1299716 Re: Benches are in | Custom framed home WA 95Jul 09, 2016 11:39 pm Thanks!! I am really excited to get the plastic cover off of the Bianco Drift. Petrified of the bill but my argument is that the kitchen needs to look as close to perfect as possible as you can see it as soon as you walk in the front door. I would have loved it but hubby was 100% on a white kitchen GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Benches are in | Custom framed home WA 98Jul 10, 2016 8:33 pm charlibear Wow!! The bianco drift is going to look absolutely incredible!! I would have loved it but hubby was 100% on a white kitchen GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 My kitchen bench was always a non-negotiable in our house. Although in saying that, I did start with an insistence that I would have a light granite bench top. The Bianco Drift was a pseudo compromise Helps that I fell in love with it from the very first time I saw it on display. Re: Benches are in | Custom framed home WA 99Jul 11, 2016 6:11 pm Bench tops is stunning and believe me you will stroke the bench often or at least I do Re: Benches are in | Custom framed home WA 100Jul 11, 2016 8:50 pm Petad Bench tops is stunning and believe me you will stroke the bench often or at least I do Ha ha. Glad to hear I'm not alone. Would ask if there is a 'Stone Stroking Anonymous Club' but I would never agree to stop appreciating it Use a product like Equisol's Vitalise to clean the deck then coat with a penetrating timber oil. It will look 10 years younger and add value to your home. Visit for… 1 15794 Hello everyone, I have a question regarding moving a chandelier after it has been mounted.
