Before you know it, you will be locked out  The best thing you can wish for in building is having a decent SS, we had a crappy one at the start then they changed him to a different one and our house just fell into place extremely fast and its still extremley high quality which is good as we are selling to start all over again! I'm sending him some pictures that are seem not quite right. Yesterday, we saw that they actually changed the beam . Glad to see that he is paying attention.What are you building with Henley? Just happy to see that somebody (maybe our SS?) is checking the quality of works. Roofing should start this week but unfortunately no progress this week  .Looking good Lyn! Once the roof goes on, they will fly through the next few stages. If the eaves are fixed first, the eaves line is about 250 mm below the top plate of wall frame. If the cladding ie hebel stops just under the eave line, then that means… 2 48212 I second taking your plans elsewhere.
