The double layer plasterboard is just a beginning, as you may want to include double studs for even better isolation, green glue etc. I'm not an estimator, but bank on doubling or more just to get reasonable isolation. That would be just the beginning, and as you're building with Henley, I'd imagine you'd need variations for them to install, and I'd imagine at a premium. It might be wise to ask H soon to get an idea of their costs. Do try and check the other HT sites and you may get a more realistic idea of what's involved.
