At first they thought they could put a coating on it, but it was so bad they have decided to redo the whole thing. It going to be one messy job to rip it out, do you have any landscaping finish near that driveway. they better do the driveway nicely this time. Re: KDR in Sydney - Sekisui Luzia 2 459Jun 21, 2018 9:34 pm Really the driveway was the only thing to complain about, we have been really happy with the quality of the rest of our build. The issue with our LD was that they didn't want to give us a figure on what they owed us. We had been disputing a month of delay days they added for "customer dispute" for a year, and they were refusing to respond to emails and answer calls. As soon as we got the figure (6 months after handover), they paid straight away. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37150 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19112 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
