We are building with Henley as well. We've just signed the contracts and about to settle the 3% deposit in the next few days. How much will it cost us if we get a private house inspector for every stage? Hi Belle With Darbecca, they give you a discounted rate if you get atleast 3 inspections. I think the total for us was about $2k+ (price per inspection differ per stage averaging around $450 for a single storey house). Husband wasn't too happy as there were still outstanding items and new dents on the wall but we took the keys and listed out the items for them to sort out in the next 4 weeks. Hi, If you give a set of criteria as to what means 'good' to you, it'll give others prompts to respond. We considered Henley early on but there were two factors that… 1 22515 Our house started in VIC south east in January 24... We just reached lock up stage and should be finished in the next couple of months. Seems the supply chain issues all… 1 24565 Essentially any first home buyer can buy a block and then build a house exactly the same as you plan to do but somehow you will have to sell yours at a premium in order… 3 21138  |
