Something we have been dreaming about for ages! With 3 young kiddies it will be a nice hideaway!  I just really want them to clean the role to I can get a good look! Everything will be finished by 15th then defects will start we had a walk through yesterday and there are only a couple of cosmetic things that we picked out so that's good! Thanks Libby in obsessed with my bathroom! I am so happy with how it has all come along, I can't wait to get in and start decorating,  We have been given settlement date of 26th of this month, I think the floor coverings are due for the 14-15th then we are all done! We are pretty much neck and neck now, it's exciting! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81627&p=1505759#p1505759 Our build- Henley, Monaco lux 2 in bayside Melbourne KDR 340Sep 16, 2016 12:47 pm Finally we have some more progress, floors are down and I must say I love them, was originally wanting the lighter type but I'm glad I've kept these they match perfectlying with the kitchen cupboards and really give the home a nice warm feeling. The ensuite cabinets have been put back on, kitchen tap and bathroom tapware installed now we are just for carpets and defects. We are still on track for NHP on the 26th then we have a busy few weeks of landscaping! We have decided on brush fencing with picture frame as we didn't want full brick which is costly too, instead of Expossed ag we have gone with semi polished concrete which will have the same look but just not the rough texture and will still be slip proof so all very exciting!
