Loved the pizza too I showed hubby and I think we will pinch your idea! I think we have gas connection I am sure I have seen our meter but hubby and I will go and have a look this weekend. Great you had such a positive PCI I hope your inspectors report is good too I really want to see you (and ehhc) move in soon!! Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1404Apr 06, 2018 8:56 pm There are some issues which i'm not sure what to do at this stage... 1.On the side wall of the guest bedroom... missing connection joint, to fix this problem at this stage is a major job, and I don't wants to ruin the look... 2.Kitchen window is slightly bow in the middle, again I didn't even notice it before. 3.The sliding door near lounge is also slightly bow in the middle again I have not pick this up before. To my eyes It look ok. I don't have any problem closing sliding doors. There were many tradies on site today plumbers changed toilets but one new toilets had a chip on the side so have to wait for a replacement and sinks for outdoor living installed, carpenter was fitting door handle with privacy locks as well as fixing sliding doors for WC and guest bedroom, electricians were installing aircon. The slightly bowed door, will you have a flyscreen door? I know someone who had a bowed sliding door frame and it’s making the flydoors stick. Just FYI to consider Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1409Apr 07, 2018 9:27 am ehhc What is this connection joint shazaw? Is it external or internal? The slightly bowed door, will you have a flyscreen door? I know someone who had a bowed sliding door frame and it’s making the flydoors stick. Just FYI to consider Sorry I should use the word " control joints" you will see it in the middle of bricks wall . It's show a vertical line with seal inside. Should be very 6 meters. My townhouse is bricks veneer and don't have any control joints. This is one of the Building standard code. I'm not fuss about it. As for kitchen and big sliding door to me its look ok, I don't know how they will fix it even if it is required. Yes I will be having fly screen door later for sliding door. I can easily slide doors without any difficulties. Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1410Apr 07, 2018 9:36 am I am wondering if it is the same problem we had where the control joint didn’t go up all the wall. Our brickies has to come back and use a brick cutter type of tool to cut a line all the way to the top of the wall. It still needs filling, none of the ground floor caulking has been done yet. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1412Apr 07, 2018 9:50 am My concern for the control joint to go in now will course more problems than solve it. Where it should be is near electrical meter box .I know inside the cavity where the control joint should be there are electrical wires water pipe and gas pipe are all line up going up vertically. There will be more damages than solve the control joint. I can live without control joint. As for kitchen bowed window not too visible. I need to see inspector's report. Not so fancy but one heck of a job to get this connected. Stormwater detention pit and OSD design plan Version number "F" took over 1 year between Council and Builder's Hydraulic Engineer to come up with a design suitable for our case. Do you have the hydraulic plan to share? At first glance the latest connection looks strange. Why does the pipe on the RHS have a output in the middle of the tank? We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37156 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19114 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13449 |
