What is the house you are building? Reminds me of the Sekisui Regent! Me too... kicking myself for not thinking about it. Extra shelf space to dress up with nice potted plants. Really like that shelf in the bathroom. Sevenths, did you have this kind of shelf in every bathroom? Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 We are building a Masterton Villina 36 in Sutherland shire area. The shelf is main bathroom only and has a mirror from bottom of shelf to bulkhead. We started construction 06/11/16, and are onto our 5th SS, PCI forecast end of Feb 2018, it’s one step forward and two back so let’s wait and see if they make it. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1148Dec 19, 2017 8:02 pm I love Sutherland Shire! We had a rental in Illawong when we first emigrated to Aus and we would love to have bought a house in the area unfortunately the house prices went too far out of our comfort zone in 2013/4 so we went out to a new suburb in south west Sydney . I quite like it out here now though. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1150Dec 20, 2017 8:42 am Sevenths We are building a Masterton Villina 36 in Sutherland shire area. At least you have PCI forecast.... we don't have one. Yesterday Hubby called to Vaccaro Elec to find out when they are approximately coming to connect power from street powerline to house... they cannot tell when they are able to come... Don't they plan work schedule... every business have work schedule and She sound too grumpy and angry for asking! Not happy at all. We need to cancel our tigertails now, don't wants to pay for extra fee. My back yard neighbour already move in after KDR back in March this year! Want to see what's happening inside Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1152Dec 21, 2017 10:31 pm Hehe I should call vaccaro boss lady at 3pm tomorrow and ask when they are coming to install the aircon unit. Get her Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1153Dec 21, 2017 11:26 pm Wonder if the Lady read H1 we now have connection to electricity today. LOL Tigertails are gone. Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 We had our power connected 6 months ago, not sure why yours is taking soo long. Our SS is away until end of Jan and they have quite a bit to do still to get to PC. He said he booked trades when back on deck mid jan but let’s see how much gets done without anyone supervising. We are renting still, and a Clarendon near us knocked down beg feb 2017 and they were in before Christmas. Should have built with them in hindsight. A few more recent pictures from last inspection. Like how your tradies have kept the place clean. Nice to have simple white colour... you can always inject with bright colours to decorate. They haven't finish grouting for my bathroom walls, only grouted bathroom floors... Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1159Jan 04, 2018 4:04 pm Wow you have Tradies working already, no one will be at ours until 16/01 at least. I’d question your render as it also look like an amateur did it also. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1160Jan 04, 2018 8:17 pm The first photo is an old one. they have smooth down but not finish, still needed to redo again. We are simply content with another small job got tick off from unfinished job list. Those tiles were missing since bricklayer completed bricking and for very long time a pair of pigeon found a good place to nest under the roof cavity. Yes, happy with SS for having trades lineup while he is still on holidays. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13301 |
