KDR Sekisui House - St George 1182Feb 17, 2018 7:22 pm We have those chunky white door stops in our current rental, they work really well and blend into the door and skirting board, I would be happy with them if we get them. I didn’t notice doorstops in our house yesterday but I know the carpenter is coming back to do several things including door handles Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1183Feb 17, 2018 8:16 pm A large group of painters working today. They have locked all door very diligently so I can't get in to see how much they have done. As for front pillars and balcony needs to have rendering before they paint, so that area wasn't touch. Shelves missing for linen cabinets and pantry cabinets. Hmm what does your colour schedule say about door stops? These are our ones, but they aren’t that sturdy. I saw one broke already, which they fixed - looks like someone just stepped on it. We did checked position of towel rails they have put in for all bathrooms... found that some places are not suitable for towel rails ...example towel rail in the guest bathroom was fixed in front of toilet. There was no room for 900mm rail to put on the wall next to shower. We are going to remove this rail once we get keys, just that I don't wants anyone using it to support as a handrail. In the main bathroom the rail position is low and short. I will put longer one here. Again in the master bathroom ... no room near shower door so they have position at the end of bathtub. Again I will replace 600mm with the longer one 900mm. I just can't understand why the tower rail was position in front of toilet in the outdoor living area bathroom. This will be remove and position to opposite vanity unit with longer towel rail. Have to check thoroughly to see everythings is on the list. So far meter box should be 3 phase and they have done 1 phase. SS will not be happy I'm pointing out missing items. At least the site is rolling in with one job after another. Make me very happy. Our air con is only single phase. But the weird thing is we have 3 service fuses... I wonder if they have made it 3 phase ready but only connect as single.
