Now everything fine now but again delay was with the person who approve paperwork at private certify company. Now that we have finished landscaping ( apart from steppers and gravel) we have pushed for final OC. Private certifier will be coming on Tuesday to check landscaping, driveway, crossover as well as if we have two council approved plant as part of landscaping. Hopefully every things will go well with out hiccup.
