As you can see from the pic that water holding box is going to be attached on the pillar . its too UGLY!!!
Looking up from driveway and seeing that drain pipe will me puke. I have beautiful pillars and don't need that drainage accessories.... How much rainwater going to coming out from that under cover small space balcony??? I can understand if there is a very large open space area balcony.... This drain is over the top for this size balcony. I'm just a little relief he couldn't install straight away as the tilers had to redo waterproofing for balcony floor. He did suggest to have small pipe poking out from balcony instead of that thing. If I have to have this thing ....I would have prefer to have it on the other side of balcony ( study bedroom ) where I don't see it when I drive in.... Will have to check with SS. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 1108Nov 24, 2017 10:02 am ehhc once painted it won't look bad shazaw. or if you really don't like it can it be installed on the other side of the balcony? that list of yours isn't very long... not bad hey. did they fix the punctured water line? they can't really installed on the other side due to land slope and no grate drainage. The plumber prefer to do the garage side due to grate drainage in front of garage for downpipe to join. Yes the list got shorter by a couple of items. Water no longer come out from that area. will have to see once plumber install taps for bathroom and turn water on to see if water leak again. Hope you have better news this week So far no one on site. Spoke to SS yesterday... ref to kitchen. He already got verbal approval from management but waiting for email confirmation from his manager. And he did mention that someone came to measure for shower screens. They are too relax or tradies are way too busy. Not happy with progress.... I used to think those box drains were a 'upgrade' from the standard crappy pcv pipes. Haha. I still think they look better than a regular downpipe. We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37142 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19097 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13444 |
