Re: CONTRACT SIGNING 5Jan 22, 2016 3:27 pm We read through ours and made notes about anything we didn't understand or that we didn't agree with...then gave the list to the builder. Also, check your plan carefully before signing as our plan had reverted to a previous version and lots of changes hadn't been made. I recommend Before You Build (www.beforeyoubuild.net.au) as they are thorough and doesn't cost you the earth.
