Construction Fence and Sediment Control Fence

I am new to the forum, and this is my second post today, again, if in wrong location please advise.

We are just about to commence building a new house in Sydney in the north of Sydney (around Hornsby to Chatswood area).

Can anyone advise regarding the following:

Those usually get supplied by the builder, they would likely get the best rates

Thanks, issue in this case is builder is not appointed yet and I am acting temporarily as an owner builder to ensure my DA doesn't lapse and this is a condition I need to satisfy prior to issue of construction certificate.
