And that puppy !! So darn cute!! Re: Building a Noosa 26 with Coral Homes 646Sep 04, 2017 5:36 am StephLee Love, love, love your house! It's so similiar to what we are doing except we are going with a lighter colour scheme. How are you liking the laminate flooring? We have gone with laminate at the moment but have been researching laminate vs vinyl and have heard that vinyl has better wear, more water resistant (especially for kitchen) and better for animals (we have two big dogs and a cat).. We were always told it was similiar pricing but we went to the colour show room on the weekend and the lady said vinyl is an upgrade, grrrrrrr, so now we are trying to decide if we should just stay with the laminate to save or upgrade to vinyl.... Congrats on the bub and puppy Thank you! We haven't had any dramas with the laminate and that's with a puppy sliding around on it and also in early days of having her, the laminate copped countless puppy wee's... we would sometimes find them hours later but we mopped them up and it didn't have any effect on the laminate at all. I think into would need to be excessive water and be left sitting there for a long time to have and effect on it. DEFINITELY! Wouldn't build another house without doing the same thing again. We have a 8 seating dinner set in one, and tea towels/cling wrap etc in the other & we probably open/shut them more than any other part of the kitchen. You have definitely made it a easy decision for me. Are the sizes 180mm, 270mm, 270mm? Re: Building a Noosa 26 with Coral Homes 652Sep 06, 2017 6:45 pm Wow you certainly have been busy! I'd say that's about what the drawer sizes are 🙂 We didn't upgrade the pantry at all so just whatever is standard 🙂 Lindsay & Ben (Building a Noosa 26 at Wallis Creek, Gillieston Heights) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81467&p=1524570#p1524570 Re: Building a Noosa 26 with Coral Homes 655Sep 06, 2017 8:09 pm MrsJM Wow you certainly have been busy! Haha yes, his nursery is all grey & timber too... I have grey boxes that I hide coloured things in 😂😂 bad parenting, poor kid won't know what colour is, but he'll be an expert on greys 😉 Believe it or not... $299 fantastic furniture!!! It's called "Raine". I'm soooo happy with it. You can see the colour better in these pics.
