We like the Gilberton but will need to make some changes or the Royston but will need to put a wall up. We have 4 children so will need to have 5 bedrooms, are building at Strathalbyn. How have you found Statesman so far? Any advice when choosing a design? Thanks ? A big factor in the design choice would be the block orientation for sun and breeze access. We had our roof put on today!! So far I'd say we are very happy. Haven't had any major problems. During the initial stages we requested bricks outside of their available range, and while being told no initially, we persisted and they have allowed us to bring bricks in from interstate. They have also allowed us to do our own soil removal, saving us $3,500!! Our selections consultant was brilliant! We were very happy with her. No real complaints so far Hello!
