Port Stephens aka 'Heaven'. Soooooo don't want to leave this place tomorrow! You're so lucky to be building here. I am in love with the place. It has been a long journey for you but I know it will all be worth it for you when you finally get the keys. If only I could talk hubby into buying one of those last 2 lots! Last Fridsy SS advised PCI would be around 1st March with handover 1 week later. We have no balustrades to upstairs balconies, No sewer connection, No stormwater connection or infiltration trench. No concrete to entry and front porch, No Hot Water installed, Solar Panels connection not done, some internal doors not hung and painted, No Ovens or cooktop installed, Glass Splashback in Kitchen to be replaced etc etc. I don't think we will be doing the PCI next week or the week after for that matter. Wow. Hopefully they can work quick and meet their deadline. What does your splash need to be replaced for? Did they break it? Awaiting notification for PCI...Awaiting handrails/balistrades to upstairs balconies for 4 weeks for some reason, could have been ordered when FC sheet went down 3 months ago. Building a modified Coral Bronte - Scarborough Facade Re: Coral Bronte Scarborough Facade 54Mar 21, 2016 8:57 pm SS verbally said over the phone early last week that PCI would be last Friday but haven't heard anything further. He mentioned that they may have to install temp balistrades to upstairs balconies... i can't even laugh about this anymore. Every time they hit a new level of incompetence they seem to top it the following week. In hindsight i should have changed the locks on the doors and told them to get the f@#& of my property months ago. What on earth is going on? I'm assuming you've been above your SS... What does the nsw Construction manager have to say about this? Why on earth can't they get their act together and finish? Apart from the balustrade what else is unfinished? The thing is based on your experience to date I would have no confidence that they will come back this century and fix anything after pci M Y C U S T O M C O R A L B R O N T E 43 ...............Kitchen! 16 Nov 2016 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79581 Re: Coral Bronte Scarborough Facade 56Mar 31, 2016 7:58 pm We have PCI tomorrow and of course Coral are not ready.
