They just want to get onto the next build. I think they purposely do this because they know some ppl are just going to drop it as they can't be bothered for whatever reason. Keep going!!!!!!! Can you get quotes on what it would cost you to rectify the problems???? Maybe you could come to an agreement that- such a cost could be credited back to you and you fix it after handover??? Not much of a win - but maybe a last ditch option to consider when you get down to final offers/ solutions. Taking it to another agency may take time but they are there for a reason- I'm sure it will be worth it considering what you are stuck with right now.
