That's a pain we had a really good SS luckily.
We might move in the same week. The landscaping guy is coming Saturday. But no thoughts on what we want.
Driveway paving done and alfresco our alfresco is so small I will have to eventually extend that so more than 2 people can fit
Any ideas what I can do on the 2 sides that don't have retaining walls under the fence to stop my dog digging and escaping?

Paving looks good. Really like your elevation. We just extended our paving out from the alfresco to have a large umbrella next to the garden. It gives you so much more room. Sometimes it's nice not to be under a roof. You will be in before you know it.

Love your elevation it's AWSEome! If you have left ofer bricks out them along the border or some pot plants I heard also if you spray the fence with eucalyptus they stay away from it ....
That's great you will be in quickly! How did you go with rental?
Robinas right it's nice to sit outside in the sun not under a roof sometimes!
What you doing for a clothes line? Im still deciding!

PCI went well very minor things mostly just paint. SS says we can move in next week but we are wanting to finish painting first. So handover is probably in 2 weeks although we still have keys as we are painting

It's a difficult question to answer, and there might not be an answer to it. It's the same as asking if it's a good time to buy a property. Looking back 5 years, would it…
