I've read a fair share of good and bad about BTH, so I've decided to share my experience in building with others as well. After much delays and repeatedly warned by the builder for changing too much, I've decided to sign on the plans. Had a total of 9 variations. But I have to say that I have one of the most understanding and patience Pre-start manager out there. Gave her an excellent for her service and attitude. This is my first build so any comments and criticism are welcome.
