Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 221Jun 29, 2016 9:56 am Luckily your land isn't titled yet so there isn't quite so much need to rush I guess. Still hard though!! Ours was 4-5 week wait after prelim I'm pretty sure Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 224Jun 30, 2016 10:12 pm vintay68 Hi kylz4 and Emmz70, After signing of preliminary paperwork, will Metricion send you the updated drawings for review prior appointments or? Hi Vintay. They give you copies before final contract. At signing it will be your last time to make changes if any Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 227Jul 14, 2016 9:24 pm vintay68 Not sure what happen as I was told 2 weeks ago we will go through preliminary contact signing. I'm confuse with their sequence. Hoping you do preliminary soon then. I also hope your prices are fixed from the start. Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 228Jul 21, 2016 12:22 am Just received an email from CSC. The preliminary contract will be ready in mid August. After 4 months of wait and errors feedback from SC and technical team than they decided to add preliminary contract for checking since end June. Seems like M is very desperate for the 5% Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 229Jul 21, 2016 10:08 am vintay68 Just received an email from CSC. Shocking and speechless Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 231Sep 01, 2016 11:04 pm vintay68 Visited the land today and was surprised that the crossover is on the opposite side. Check with the conveyor and was advise vendor is legally allow to change it on contract. Shocking and speechless That's a bummer Vintay so now they have to flip your house since it's already done? I hear it's @ your own expense If you get it changed Yes I religiously checked our engineering plans to make sure council didn't change our crossover, but then realised they had located a speed bump outside our LOT "annoying" Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 232Sep 01, 2016 11:59 pm Emmz70 vintay68 Visited the land today and was surprised that the crossover is on the opposite side. The concern is that no one notify us with regards to the change. Spent 1 year looking for the right house to fit the land plus all those discussion time now are all wasted. Hopefully you get it rectified by then. Can you believe they haven't sent our developer plans in yet? Paid our 5% 8 months ago and still waiting?? Also no soil testing done? No wonder build process takes forever!!! Apparently They do it once land titles, so if any issues are found, more delays!! Funny only M do this. All other residents with other builders on my stage have received developers approval and soil test results. Can you request permission for a second crossover back on original side? Re: Metricon Glendale 50 Limited Edition 240Sep 05, 2016 3:03 pm Why does it matter which side the crossover is on?
