Hello everyone,
I new to the forum and was recently recommended by a colleague to participate in this forum so here I am! I wish I had joined earlier as that would have made my building process a lot smoother. I am currently building in Perth and this is my first time building.
Anyway, I attended my PCI last week and listed more than 100+ issues on top of those pointed out by the inspector I hired. I am not too sure if some of these are my own OCD's or legitimate flaws to be fixed by builder so I hope some of you can advise me on this matter.
Despite the acid clean by builder, there are still a lot of discolouration going on the external brick face. Is this normal ?

All my window frames are badly scratched and the plaster jobs are sub-par. I am concern the only way to fix the window frames is to pull them down and put up the new ones because they are powder coated, touching up with paint will make it look patchy. As for pulling it down, I am pretty sure that ain't gonna happen. Is this fixable without taking the frame down ?

This is more or less what I see when I climb up to inspect the door frames in my house. Is that fixable within 10 working days as the final inspection is coming up, I am worry the builder might say this is within tolerance and tell me to accept it.

I understand cornice cracks do occur after the house settles - usually months after the built if not years. Is it normal to occur during PCI ? This occurs in several places. If so, can I insist it to be fixed now rather than wait for the 3-4 warranty period after hand-over because it is a major eyesore.

I brought myself a hose to test the roof gutters to make sure they are working and noticed some water dripping down the barge board where the gutter ends. Is this normal ? I only sprayed onto the roof and let water flows down towards the gutter.
