we were approved last Tuesday from council and now just waiting for the papers to get to Perry homes so we can get a commencement letter. Getting over waiting that's for sure. Took almost 6 weeks for the council to approve us!

wow they really are moving along at a very rapid pace! Are they trying to get you in before christmas or something.... Make sure they dont rush anything!

Nope, late Jan at this stage. They actually aren't rushing at all, bricks have taken 3 weeks. Tiling starts tomorrow
