I was really surprised by the quick development of it all.
I guess I need to start my handover list

We're looking at mid October now I think, our lease is up in sept and the rental agency is getting antsy about what we're going to do already.
We're just about to hit lockup, email from our CLO today saying white set is done and carpenter is booked to do all the doors, hopefully cabinetry and tiling delivered early next week.
I'll post photos in our thread in the weekend once I've had a a look.

I know. He actually said the house will be done in 2-3 weeks but with bank handover about 4 weeks.
Luckily we called otherwise there would of been a major over lap of mortgage and rent
Im going up tomorrow after my job interview to have a look see. Wish me luck. Lol.

I'm loving everything so far. I've strategically chosen a warm Grey palette so I can add my splash of colour with decor. Cannot wait

Thanks Daz & JP. The tiles are probably the thing I stressed over most considering I'm in the industry. Hahaha. But I'm stoked at how it all looks.

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I've been busy with the house and I haven't logged on in ages.
The floor is really good actually. Quite realistic and very durable!
So I'm happy with that choice for sure
