It is but I am trying really hard to be positive. I do actually like the stone... not sure if I'll like the price though. hahaha Have you had any luck with your grey for the kitchen? Wow I can't believe how much they are charging you Maybe you could take them up on the free red brick and then clad it after handover? I know its a pain but it might be an option for you... Oh and no luck on the kitchen colours, they wanted $1700 to upgrade so I'm heading to the formica showroom on saturday to find something I can "settle" on! Soooo disappointed as I was really set on my original choice and planned the splashback colour and benchtops etc around it. Nothing I can do about it though so I'll just focus my energy on the positives My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: Our Build with Easystart Homes - Annies Landing 63Jan 21, 2016 9:51 pm Daz_ ChantalMaree Daz_ Wow, thats super annoying On the plus side, that stone cladding looks great...fingers crossed they won't charge an arm and a leg to have it! Sorted it in 5 min! So I get to keep my render colours and all I need to do it have a molding on my planter box and it will be approved. So simple. Fingers crossed smooth sailing from here... We're still currently waiting for MRA approval to come through, so much waiting Which is kind of ironic, as I helped commission the architectural coloured lighting at Elizabeth quay for them.... I walked it out even. It's not the best photo but you can see it's off a little. Our lot is 12.5 front and back. Any thoughts?
