Hopefully it all finishes strong and you are moved in on time. Regards Graham and Kathy Owners of 2.5 acres of Paradise.......now working towards the house! Re: Coral Homes - Longreach 33 - Clarence Town 117Aug 23, 2016 8:46 pm We had a few road bumps since last post and I honestly had nothing positive to say so I haven't been posting. Sorry for those that have been following... Some of these were personal and some were relating to the build. The most recent update is this. Our latest advice is that it will be ready for PCI walk through on Monday 29th August. That's only 19 days after contract date. I'll add some pics, but the general summary is: Tiles are done throughout the house Carpet is in Painting is mostly complete Water tank has only recently been connected after a dispute that it wasn't excavated deep enough Exterior plumbing and drainage is mostly complete with the exception of the hot water system and water pump to the water tank The kitchen is installed Bathrooms are in It all just about done, but I can't see how they will get through the rest between now and when we take the keys. Electrical still needs to be finished off both inside and outside. Door Handles, railings, toilet holders etc still need fitting Septic power isn't connected Site scrape is needed And these are only the things that I can pick out. Still - I hold hope it will be done Follow our Coral Homes Longreach 33 in the Hunter here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81055 Re: Coral Homes - Longreach 33 - Clarence Town 118Aug 23, 2016 8:49 pm I've been wondering how youve been going...
