I know, I feel queasy after every cost comes in. This one was just a little less queasy than most. Our budget was 5k for upgrades. I thought that was realistic considering there's 180m2 of floor tiles. They were officially in standard range but then the added laying fee as they are porcelain. That alone was $3500. Then $1500 for the features. I was really happy as when the budget is 5k you think it'll be 6k. So to actually do something on budget was very exciting. We aren't with PD though. We're with M so the tiles are Beaumonts. But I think the upgrade prices seem to be much the same for similar things. Jo I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
